when I dial my apartment from the door panel, the door gets open right at once. No stuck buttons on my monitor. No idea what’s wrong, plese help.

This may be due to the loose or even missing jumper ‘hs-mon/equiv’ in the BKM440 that powers your monitor. Please check your BKM440, and if the jumper is there make sure that it’s set to 'equiv.’ position.
